Cognac Ragnaud-Sabourin Alliance No 10 £42.95
The Ragnaud-Sabourin family owns one of the most prestigious estate in the Grande Champagne established in 1850 by Gaston Briand. The estate is now run by three descendants. They oversee the 50 hectares of vines in the Grande Champagne. They are wholly responsible for all aspects of the production and ageing, always determined to produce limited quantities of the highest quality. All their cognacs are maturd as vintages. There is no blending between years, no sweetening and no colouring.

They have been practising organic farming for over 25 years. Their Cognacs defy conventional classification and have a freshness and aromatic quality that is far from the ols school approach.
